Anand Sev, is a popular Indian snack made from chickpea flour (besan). It consists of fine, crispy strands that are deep-fried until golden and crunchy. Sev can be enjoyed on its own as a snack, used as a topping for various dishes, or incorporated into Indian street foods like chaats.
