Anand Idiyappam White is a milky white steamed noodle shaped delicacy, lauded for its ethnic Kerala flavour. Steamed to retain the natural goodness of rice and grated coconut, Idiyappam can be served with vegetable or meat stews. Idiyappam is also preferred to be had with coconut milk, and even delicious, on its own.
