Anand Kumbilappam made from jackfruit, flavoured with coconut, jaggery and the enticing aroma of cardamom, is a dish unique to Kerala. Traditionally wrapped in a kumbil leaf, the conical sweet item is steamed to contain all the nutrient benefits within. Prepared from the jackfruit handpicked from the backyards, kumbilappam packs power packed flavour, both hot or cold.
