Anand Unniyappam is a rich golden brown dumpling shaped snack, very popular in Kerala. Rice, jaggery, banana and aromatic spices form the base of this traditional delicacy. Deep fried in special unniyap- pam moulds, it's very preparation marks celebration in Malayalee culinary communities.
